The "Kamainsutra" poster

It is a wall poster (60x80 cm) representing a sequence of hand positions, corresponding to a complete gym exploring the whole range of motion, shifts tendon, dissociative capacity of the fingers and the inter-digital coordination.
This is a mime, the patient himself performing the sequence of positions. It is an active work experience without constraint. Each position is held firmly, the time determined by the therapist (between 1 and 8 seconds), as appropriate, that we want to emphasize the range of motion, muscle recruitment and coordination.
The "kamainsutra" will allow the patient to improve his body language richness, can be used as warm-up exercise as part of a self-rehabilitation, or enhance the functional recovery of the hand.
Real working tool active, this poster is simple and direct, enriching protocols hand rehabilitation.
